We know that it can be quite helpful and desirable to be able to charge at the house so please give us shout for more details if you’re interested! THIS IS OUR PRIMARY RESIDENCE PART OF THE YEAR. The photos are accurate and the home truly is cleaned and maintained for vacation travelers. That said, you will notice that some closets are locked off as they contain some of our personal and non-valuable items. These locked closets are not part of the common space to be used by guests (evidence of forced entry can be prosecuted in Florida). Thanks in advance for your respect toward the house. Disney World, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, City Walk and Sea World are just some of the attraction only a short drive away!

The resort clubhouse, water park, playground, soccer field, volleyball and basketball courts are all walking distance from the house(about 550 feet). There is driveway/garage and street parking(off the main road). Resort access and instructions will be given the morning of check in and you’re welcome to enjoy the resort on the day of check in prior to your check in time. Resort access will be at the cross street of Tripoli Court and Monaco Blvd. Any map application will lead you to the address accurately😊
