Our 7 bedroom 6.5 bath house accommodates up to 21 people including 2 infants/toddlers and comes with all the supplies you might need. This is required by our HVAC service tech and is designed to both prevent automatic shutdowns of the AC (due to tripping the condensation safety) as well as prevents costly damage to the unit (due to freezing). This limit is common in this area, but we understand if it’s a concern for you. We encourage you to search and ask around for lodging with lower limits, though to our knowledge other vacation homes have the same or higher limits. Pool/spa heat is $35/day **The pool does take a large part of the day to heat up and so any pool heat days should be consecutive so that the pool stays warm. Pool/spa heated to 85/100 degrees** Option to use BBQ includes a one time BBQ cleaning fee (passed on from the cleaners) Free propane Charging of EVs requires prior permission and is not included in the rental rate but is charged separately. We understand that it can be quite helpful and desirable to be able to charge at the house so please give us shout for more details if you’re interested!
